With siblu exclusif you can now own your own mobile home on a siblu park and you no longer have to pay any annual rent.
This is how it works: Purchase a holiday home with siblu (2) from August 11th to September 21st 2008 (3) and give it to siblu for use in a siblu letting scheme for 6 consecutive weeks in July and August. You will not receive any rental income and in return you will not pay the the price of the siblu Parc Contract (4).

Every year you decide whether you want to participate in the siblu letting scheme to benefit from the offer of free rental. Decide the period to keep your holiday home for your own use, either at the beginning of July or at the end of August. This offer is valid for a maximum of 7 years for every year you renew a siblu letting contract and the holiday home meets the criteria detailed in the siblu letting programme.

(1) With the rent free offer the purchaser will not receive any rental income and in return will not pay the price of the annual siblu Parc Contract. This offer is valid for a maximum of 7 years on the condition that the holiday home meets the criteria detailed in the siblu letting guide each year (e.g. age, equipment etc).The offer is valid for a selection of models of mobile homes and on selected pitches. Gas, electricity and water must be paid for by the purchaser.
(2) Offer valid for new customer purchases.
(3) The holiday home order form must be signed with a deposit of 15% from the 11th of August and paid for in full no later than the 21st of September 2008. Siblu reserves the right to withdraw this new offer at any moment and without notice.
(4) The purchaser must give the mobile home to siblu for use in a letting scheme for 6 consecutive weeks in July & August (the 1st 2 weeks in August are compulsory).The purchaser must renew the letting contract of his own accord on a yearly basis in order to be exempt from the price of the siblu Parc Contract. On termination of the Tranquillity Offer, the price of siblu Parc Contract will be updated to reflect the price of the Parc Contract calculated at the base rate of the time of purchase plus any annual increases over the period.
(5) Siblu invites you to come and take a free 3 night taster visit to the siblu parc of your choice and have a personal tour of the 2008 mobile home range. Accommodation only for a maximum of 3 nights for up to 6 people. Subject to availability and to one invitation per household.
