Letting your home to earn income

Many siblu owners choose to let their home to holidaymakers when it is vacant, and earn money to offset against their annual running costs.

When you let through siblu, you can be sure that your holiday home is in safe hands. Not only will the park teams provide you with the highest levels of service, our holiday sales and marketing teams will also be working to ensure that you are given the best opportunity to successfully let your holiday home. At siblu we work together on your behalf with siblu holidays and many ABTA Travel Agents in the UK to maximise your subletting opportunities with the least hassle.

There are two types of letting schemes, each of which have different benefits, rates and conditions to suit your personal requirements:

The Classic Letting scheme is for all types of holiday homes no more than seven years old. You tell us which weeks you wish to put onto the letting scheme, we will put them onto our reservations system and you will be paid a set income for whichever weeks we fill.

The Executive Partnership scheme, guarantees you an income even if your home is not let, in return for specific consecutive weeks in July and August. Spaces on this scheme are strictly limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Holiday Homes must be let for at least five consecutive weeks, two of which must be 2nd-15th of August.
