If you are considering finance as a way of funding your purchase we have a long-standing partnership with French finance provider Financo, which means our finance options are subject to French interest rates, which are currently lower than in the UK.

Our holiday home advisors work with customers to ensure you understand the implications of sourcing finance in France, including opening a French bank account and making monthly repayments in euros. This process is relatively easy, and our teams help to introduce customers to local banks and open an account.

Loans are available for most purchases with repayments of up to a maximum of 84 months.
